1. Pre-op and/or Provisional Full Face Natural Smile **
2. Pre-op and/or Provisional Nose to Chin Natural Smile **
3. Pre-op and/or Provisional Full Face Retracted Smile **
4. Pre-op and/or Provisional Nose to Chin Retracted Smile **
5. Stump Shade with multiple stump shade tabs in picture
6. Final Shade with multiple shade tabs in picture
7. Stick Bite/Facebow *** 

* These are the MINIMUM requirements. The more photos the better: profile, lip at rest, multiple smile styles, etc. Patient's eyes must be open and cannot be numb for smile photos.

** Must have corresponding impression or model to go with photos. The model and photos work together as a pair. There can not be one without the other. They must be the same.

***Cannot use Stick Bite or Facebow unless we have a corresponding photo to verify with. Full face retracted and natural smile can be substituted for this photo.
